Issue 117, Spring 2015
ON THE COVER:

Lowell Shapley

There is no single word that can do justice to describe the impact and artistry of the fighting cock pheasants on this cover. The difficulty of support and balance is incredible, but Lowell Shapely pulled if off with superb accuracy. In addition to winning Best in World Gamebird and Competitors’ Choice Best of Show , Lowell became the first taxidermist to win a second Judges’ Choice Best of Show Award at the World Taxidermy Championships®. We could not wait to honor his acomplishment. In the next issue you will see all of the winning entries from the 2015 WTC and WFCC.
