It is fun to see young talent come into our craft. Many times it will be acomplishments on the competition scene, and other times it will be natural talents developed in a professional taxidermy studio. The talented young man who mounted this African lion was Travis de Villiers, a citizen of South Africa, featured in a 3-part article on carcass casting written by John Bellucci. The lion on the cover was mounted from an altered form that was cast, sculptured, and molded in the article series.
