On the Cover: Bo Wessman
Swedish taxidermist and carver Bo Wessman has displayed his talents in fish taxidermy and reproductions for many years. Winning several major awards at the European Taxidermy Championships in taxidermy and a Best in World Reproductions in 2012 with a Sea Robin. He is now displaying his talents in fish carving with four entries in the 2022 World Fish Carving Championships, winning three first places and a second place in the World Title Open Division. His permit composition and carving on the cover captured Best in World fish carving and Best of Show overall. The 2022 WFCC exhibited one of the strongest competitions and best attended in the past ten years. There were 47 entries and 37 of those were in the World title Open Division.
