This is the casting of the mold produced in a seminar two days earlier on DVD928. Repro experts and World Champion taxidermists Gary Bruch of Pennsylvania and Jeff Mourning of Colorado team up to demonstrate their procedure for casting a 20" rainbow trout from a mold they cast 48 hours ago. Using PVA, gel coat, polyester resin, and casting urethane, Gary and Jeff explain the techniques and products necessary to produce a custom reproduction fish blank, including their special procedures for all of the cast fins.
