In both 2003 and 2005, Ken Walker of Alberta won the World Champion titles in Re-Creations. In this informative lecture, Ken explains the procedures he used to create his winning entries, a giant panda made from bleached bear skins, and his extinct Irish elk with the 12 foot antlers. Ken explains the pitfalls as well as the triumphs he experienced along the way as he almost singlehandedly took the art of mammal re-creations to a whole new level. There are no demonstrations in this seminar, it is a lecture only. Recorded live at the 2007 World Taxidermy Championships. Approximate running time: 1:25.
